KORYO Air has today announced a significant increase in its operations to Mongolia. New services are being introduced to the mountainous Altai region with 4 x weekly services from Pyongyang and 3 x weekly services from Vladivostok. In addition, Ulaan Baatar will now enjoy, for the first time, Daily KORYO Air services from Vladivostok.

Today sees the inauguration of non-stop services twice weekly between Pyongyang and Managua. Flights will operate by Boeing 777-200 and will take approximately 16 hours. KORYO Air's services will be the first ever direct link between the two capital cities.

KORYO Air has today announced the introduction of four weekly flights between Pyongyang and the island of Guam in the Pacific Ocean. The roundtrip services will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft, with departures from Guam timed to connect with KORYO Air's European services from Pyongyang.

KORYO Connect took delivery of its first Sukhoi Superjet earlier today. The aircraft, which has been christened 'City of Urumqi' will be used to boost frequencies on popular routes such as Samjiyon - Pyongyang, as well as open new routes to help Koreans living in the North of the DPRK access new destinations.

CargoLift the wholly owned, dedicated all cargo arm of KORYO Air has today announced a four times weekly dedicated Boeing 777-200F service between Pyongyang and Shanghai. Flights are timed to connect with key services offered by CargoLift to Europe and beyond.

KORYO Connect, the wholly owned subsidiary of KORYO Air, has today announced the opening of a new Hub in the vibrant city of Hong Kong. The new Hub will become fully operational on 1st January, 2015 when two newly ordered Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft will arrive to commence a range of services across Asia.

KORYO Air regrets to announce a 1 hour 10 minute delay to flight JS 064 bound for London Heathrow. This delay has been caused by the late arrival of the aircraft operating this service from its previous flight.

KORYO Air has today announced 4 x weekly services between Pyongyang and San Francisco. This will be our first passenger service to the USA, our CargoLift subsidiary already serves Anchorage and Houston. The new services will operate on Airbus A330-200's or Boeing 777-200's depending on the day of the week.
